We only ask for the information needed to calculate your chart, preview your socks, process your order, and support you afterwards.
What we collect
We may collect birth details you enter to build the chart, including date of birth, time of birth if you provide it, and place of birth. If you place an order, we also receive the contact, payment, and delivery information needed to complete that order.
We also receive standard technical and security information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, and keep the service working.
How we use it
We use your chart inputs to calculate the chart, create the colour pattern, and generate preview images of the socks. We use order and delivery details to process payment, produce the item, ship it, and handle support requests.
We do not require an account to use the chart tool.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with specialist service providers that help us run the shop, process payments, calculate chart and location data, print and fulfill orders, deliver parcels, host the site, and support customer service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, support, security, record-keeping, and legal obligations that apply to the order.
