Returns and refunds
Each order is made to order from the chart information you enter, so returns work differently from standard stock items.
Change of mind and size selection
Because the socks are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong size, or an incorrect address.
Faults, damage, or print errors
If the socks arrive damaged, misprinted, or with a confirmed manufacturing fault, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable remedy such as a reprint or refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law for goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise not supplied with reasonable care.
