Returns and refunds
Each order is made to order from the chart information you enter, so returns work differently from standard stock items.
Personalised goods and change of mind
Because the socks are clearly personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong size, or an incorrect address.
The usual 14-day cancellation right for distance sales does not apply to clearly personalised goods.
Faults, damage, or print errors
If the socks arrive damaged, misprinted, or with a confirmed manufacturing fault, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. Contact within 30 days of delivery gives us the fastest route to assess transit or manufacturing issues.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable remedy such as a reprint or refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law for goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise not supplied with reasonable care.
It is our responsibility to supply goods that meet your consumer rights.
